About Brian:

Brian Copeland is the 2019 Vice President for Association Affairs for the National Association of REALTORS®, and is founder and CEO of Doorbell Real Estate in Nashville, TN. He runs the Nashville And Beyond Team, alongside his brother, Brad, sister-in-law, Molly and a dear friend from his music industry days, Belinda. Brian was the 2011 Nashville REALTOR® of the Year. In 2014, he was named one of Inman News’ 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders in America.

Brian founded one of the largest technology camps in the country, attracting more than 1500 real estate professionals from more than 30 states. 2019 marks the tenth annual event. Brian is one of Facebook’s Global Community Leadership Circle leaders and has represented Facebook at conferences in Los Angeles and New York City.

Brian’s roots are in East Tennessee where he grew up in Clinton. His mom, dad, and brother all recently moved to Nashville to be closer as a family, but they were a Southern Gospel singing group from as far back as he can remember. The family toured the hills of East Tennessee with a guitar, piano, and four-part harmony. He later went to Carson-Newman University, where he started more formal training in music and communications. He completed his master’s degree at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In the late’90s, Brian accepted a job in Nashville’s music industry to later transition into the real estate field in 2005.

Brian says he loves being a REALTOR® because it’s one of the truest portals into community service and gratitude. As a board member Metro Nashville’s Farmers Market Commission, he is a true advocate for neighborhood issues and his city’s infrastructure. He and his spouse, Greg, founded one of the only food pantries in North Nashville, feeding more than 175 families each month. In 2014, the pantry won the Mary Catherine Strobel Volunteer of the Year Award. They live on a farm in Madison with their two children, Micah (7) and Esther (4).

About Anne:

A lifelong South Sound resident, Anne was raised in Gig Harbor, graduated from the University of Puget Sound (go Loggers!) and continues to make the Tacoma area her home. Prior to entering real estate in 2008, Anne worked in new construction alongside her parents, Pete & Kathy Crase. Their emphasis on honesty, quality and customer service has kept them building homes for nearly 40 years, and was the foundation upon which Anne built her own business.

As a former educator and high school principal, Dave takes a service-minded and socially responsible approach to running and operating Windermere Abode with his wife, Anne Jones. He is also a filmmaker, podcaster, community mentor, hiphop scene junkie, loves all things tech, and a lifelong hoopaholic.
