Formerly an assistant camera woman and electrician for ABC World News in New York and Israel, Orly holds a broker’s license, is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), and has her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designations. Melinda Estridge

Maryland native Melinda Estridge has been selling Washington D.C. area real estate most of her adult life. Her team produces about $60 million a year. Her sharp interior decorating and landscaping skills have helped her clients create dream homes; a skill she also uses to buy homes herself, fix up, and sell again. She’s a NUMBER1EXPERT and not only that: a Washington, D.C. area expert.

Judy Markowitz

Judy grew up in a city housing complex in. Queens NY, and was, as she calls it, an “apartment girl” all her life. Then in 1985, at 23 years old, and after working two years in outside sales, Judy purchased her first home. The experience was awful, and the limitations of her then job added to her decision to get in to real estate. Judy credits her success to a strong “have to,” a caring and inspiring mentor, and a commitment to scripts and dialogues. Judy leads the Energized Realty Group™ and consistently ranks number one in her state’s organization and among the top 25 in the country for her franchise. Today her “have to” is her daughter Jolie, who, at age 11, recently told her mom , that she views herself as a businesswoman and would like a real job on the team!
