Anthony:
Anthony is the Broker/Owner and CEO of the Lamacchia Companies, Lamacchia Realty, Lamacchia Property Management, Lamacchia Development, and REAL Training and Systems Inc. Currently, Anthony spends his time running the companies, training agents and his national coaching customers, and strategically planning for the future. Given the size of the company and its rapid growth, he spends most of his time working on Lamacchia Realty with his leadership team which is what it all started with and what feeds the other companies. Anthony is considered an industry expert, having done hundreds of television appearances on local news and many speaking engagements at national industry conferences, such as the National Association of Realtors Annual Conference, Zillow Conference, Inman News Summits, RIS Media and more. He is completely obsessed and passionate about providing all the agents and employees in the company with top-notch technology, the best possible tools, and the absolute very best training to excel in their careers and grow their businesses.
In 2012, Lamacchia Realty launched REAL Training, a program for agents that provides ground-level training conducted by Anthony and members of his leadership teamwith proven track records. With the ever-evolving real estate industry at hand, Real Trainings are consistently updated with tactics and strategies that are applicable to the current market trends. This program is unparalleled on a national level and has increased the success of company agents on an exponential level. In 2015 Lamacchia started REAL Training and Systems Inc. which provides training to agents inside Lamacchia Realty and outside of Lamacchia Nationally. To date over 50 companies have purchased training from this company.
Along with REAL Training, the company has been investing heavily in the Salesforce CRM platform which is widely regarded as the top CRM in the world. Anthony’s vision was to build a customized system with cutting-edge mobile capabilities that agents could use to their advantage and so management could run the company from both the office as well as remotely from mobile devices. That goal has been achieved as the company runs on it and agents use it every day to Get More Organized.
Anthony is also involved and very passionate about advocating for home ownership, real estate development, tax policies related to Real Estate and fellow Realtors. He has traveled to Washington, DC multiple times to meet with members of Congress, Senators, and various regulatory agencies to defend homeownership, distressed homeowners, and mortgage lending.
Anthony serves on many committees and groups within the Realtor Organization. He has been a part of the Government Affairs Committee with the Massachusetts Association of Realtors® which he’s served on since 2012. He served as Chairman of that committee in 2018. He has been serving on the Massachusetts Association of Realtors Board of Directors since 2013, the National Association of Realtors® Lending and Finance Committee since 2015 and the Real Valuations Committee. He has also served on the Greater Boston Association of Realtors Government affairs committee and the Northeast Association of Realtors Education Committee. In addition, Anthony is a President’s Circle member of the Realtors® Political Action Committee, which gives financial support to members of Congress who support real estate causes.
In 2018, Anthony was nominated for Inman’s Most Innovative Broker-Owner due to the REAL Training Program and growing online platform of how-to videos for real estate agents.
Kenny:
In the real estate industry since 1999, Kenny Klaus has dedicated himself to serving the East Valley community in the Phoenix Metro area of Arizona. Kenny is a Certified Residential Specialist, a Certified Distressed Property Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative and Certified Local Market Expert.
Starting as a part-time agent in 1999 while he worked as a Fed-Ex driver, Kenny grew his business into a team in 2002 which has grown to be a team of nearly 30 real estate professionals serving his clients and communities.
For the past ten years, The Kenny Klaus Team has sold at least a home a day and has been ranked in the Top Real Estate Teams in the US every year by transactions by Real Trends and the Wall Street Journal. The Kenny Klaus Team closed over $100m in volume every year since 2016.
Kenny is a popular teacher in the real estate industry, and has spoken to thousands of Keller Williams Realtors at their national events as a guest of KW’s co-founder and chairman. Kenny Klaus is an internationally-recognized expert in local real estate, especially in geographic farming and in the emerging iBuyer market.
Kenny grew up in Arizona and currently lives in Mesa, Arizona, with his wife Nikki, 4 children, Tyler, Kayla, Bree and Ryan, and five grandchildren. His passions include spending as much time as possible with his family and friends and giving back to the community. He enjoys family time at their cabin enjoying the outdoors and his RZR, quads & hiking, or the family condo in Mexico on the beach, He is an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Arizona Rattlers and enjoys most sports, He also enjoys hanging out with friends and reading inspirational/self-improvement books. Personal growth is at the top of his list of things to do. “Your competition should be that you are better today than you were yesterday”.
Connecting his community and serving the area consistently has been an ongoing passion along with helping others succeed and grow. Always looking to create opportunities for others and referrals for their business has driven many referrals to his business. He believes no one succeeds alone and that together you can achieve more and serve at a higher level by having the time to balance all that life has to offer. “Life is meant to be lived. It’s not a spectator sport”.
Victor Lund
Founding Partner
In 2004, Victor Lund founded real estate consulting firm WAV Group with Marilyn Wilson and Michael Audet. The firm provides research, strategic planning, and technology advisory services to multiple listing services, technology companies, large brokerages and franchisors. In 2013, WAV Group conducted research that concluded real estate professionals are missing out on business opportunities when it comes to rentals, ancillary services, and harnessing “big data” to capture repeat business. Lund is also founder and CEO of online real estate publication RE Technology Inc.
